You know the phrase: You are what you eat. Your body and mind are directly influenced by what you choose to put in your body. I’d like to advocate a statement that’s even more important for your well-being: You are what you think.
While possibly more challenging at first than controlling what you put in your mouth, what you focus your thoughts on will become a central theme in how you live your life, how you view the world, others, relationships, and yourself.
Each time you practice focusing and executing positive, empowering thoughts, you are strengthening a worthy and esteemed self-meaning of which becomes your filter of how you view events and external experiences.
Focus your thoughts and actions on what you’d like to create today. You are more powerful than you know.
