A Circle Of Gratitude

Feeling depressed?

The opposite of depression you might think is happiness but it’s actually gratitude. Think of the four most important people in your life, and one person you’d like to feel better about. Sit with 5 blank cards in front of you. Take a deep breath and clear your mind and think of an experience with each person you are grateful for. Write a note of gratitude to each person. Hand deliver or mail your notes. You will feel lighter and more grateful, and when your notes are read you will receive gratitude back. A circle of gratitude to lift you up!!
