4. Purchases
All purchases for services or products are final. Packages and eCourse payments are nonrefundable.
5. Contracts
All life coaching and counseling contracts are contingent on the following:
- Payment is required in advance of scheduled sessions.
- Prepaid sessions are valid for two years and are transferable.
- 24 hr notice is required to transfer your payment to a later date. Your account will be charged with less than 24 hr notice.
- Client acknowledges they are responsible for their own results.
- Email and check-ins are included in any package for the duration of the package in between regularly scheduled sessions.
- Should the client require a phone call in between sessions, charges will accrue based on duration.
6. Participation
All users agree to use appropriate and supportive language in support forums. Violation of any user’s rights will result in termination of site use.
