Writing with a pen in your hand I have found to be one of the best ways to connect with your creative-self. I encourage my clients to write as much as possible. In fact, my sessions consist more of my clients writing than myself. Words are powerful. The act of creating a story pulls your spiritual energy to the surface.
I encourage you to write freely with a pen in your hand, journal without limitations, discover your creative self, your true self.
